Biographies

The famous guitarist Ana Vidovic needs no further introduction. She is the most viewed classical guitarist on YouTube.

Born in Croatia, she has been living in the United States in recent years. She is considered part of the elite in the world of classical music. Her international career includes solo concerts and performances with orchestras in some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls. She has won numerous first prizes in international guitar competitions and has received rave reviews for her CDs.

Zoran Dukic is one of the most distinguished guitarists of our time. His performances, whether in solo recitals or as a soloist with orchestras, leave a profound impact on both audiences and critics.

He graduated from the Music Academy in Zagreb under Darko Petrinjak and completed his studies at the Hochschule für Musik in Cologne. Between 1990 and 1997, he won numerous international competitions.

He is the only guitarist to have won both Andres Segovia Competitions, in Granada and Palma de Mallorca. At Madrid’s prestigious international guitar competition, he received a special award for his interpretation of Spanish music—presented for the first time to a non-Spaniard—in the presence of the royal family.

Although he has placed the music of Bach at the heart of his artistic life, he also has a deep admiration for contemporary music, performing works by Takemitsu, Henze, Reily, Carter, and many others. His repertoire is also rich in Spanish and South American musical traditions, a cornerstone of the classical guitar canon.

Marcin Dylla is widely regarded today as one of the leading figures in the world of classical guitar.

Described by The Washington Post as “the most gifted guitarist on the planet,” he has competed in numerous international competitions, winning 19 First Prizes, most notably the prestigious GFA (Guitar Foundation of America) competition in Los Angeles in 2007. That award opened the door for him to perform over 50 recitals across the United States, Mexico, and Canada the following year, record CDs and DVDs with major labels, and sign contracts for extensive international tours.

Today, in addition to performing continuously in every corner of the globe, Marcin Dylla participates in international festivals, performs with symphony orchestras, and teaches numerous masterclasses worldwide.

Vera Danilina is one of the brightest stars of the new generation of classical guitarists worldwide. Originally from Russia, she began her musical studies at the age of five and gradually developed into a performer of rare technical skill and musical maturity.

Her expressive depth, flawless technique, and commanding stage presence have established her as a rising star on the global classical guitar scene.

She has won numerous first prizes at major international competitions, earning the admiration of audiences and critics alike. Many regard her as the next big name in classical guitar, with a promising future ahead.

Her repertoire spans from the Baroque period to contemporary works, and her performances are distinguished by virtuosity, imagination, and intense emotional resonance. Her debut recording achieved great success, firmly placing her among the leading young figures in the field.

At the Halkidonio Conservatory Guitar Festival (March 2026), Vera Danilina is expected to captivate the audience with a program of high artistic quality and emotional intensity, offering a musical experience to remember.
